Returns


We hope you enjoy your new purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with any product purchased you may return your new, unworn item(s) for a full refund or exchange up to 7 days from the date received.

RETURNS (Online Orders ONLY)

  • Make sure all original tags are attached
  • Verify that the item is qualified for return (see non qualifying items list below)
  • Fill out and enclose the return/exchange form on the back of the invoice.
  • Using your preferred shipping carrier*, send returns to the following address:

  • OR bring your items to any of our store location for an easy refund or exchange with no return shipping costs. All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.

*We recommend you insure and track your package, as Sona Starz is not responsible for lost return packages.

REFUNDS

All refunds will be credited to the same credit card and/or gift card used for the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving your return. We will send you an e-mail confirmation when the amount has been credited. Please note that all shipping charges may not be refunded. You may also request store credit in which case the amount will be applied to a gift card number which will then be e-mailed to you.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to make an exchange, we will ship your exchanged item/'s without any additional shipping fees, subject to merchandise availability. Exchanges will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving your return. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from UPS with the tracking information of your new exchanged item/'s.

Gift Returns & Exchanges

If you would like to return a gift, please follow the same guidelines for the standard return & exchange policy. We can only exchange the item(s) or give store credit for your return.

RETURNING TO THE STORE

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, Sona Starz, LLC. will gladly issue a refund or exchange for items returned in original condition, with intact original packaging and tags, and a sales receipt within 7 days of the purchase date. Refunds will be given in the original form of payment.

Online purchases can be returned to our store with accompanying invoice.

NON-QUALIFYING ITEMS

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • All marked down sale items
  • Rhinestone jewelry
  • Anything noted in store as FINAL SALE

sonastarz.com reserves the right to refuse or send back (at the customer's expense) all returns or exchanges that do not meet our return and exchange conditions. All purchases of GIFT CARDS are FINAL SALE ONLY. Gift cards and store credits cannot be returned, exchanged or redeemed for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
